Orders containing available Ready Stock items are typically processed within 2–3 working days. This is processing time, not courier transit time.

Processing may take longer during busy periods. Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Toy Space offers worldwide shipping, including to Malaysia, via DHL Express.

International shipping fees

All overseas orders are subject to shipping charges, including orders delivered to Malaysia. There is no free international shipping threshold.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and shipment details. International transit times may vary.

Customs duties & import taxes

International shipping charges exclude customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These additional charges are the recipient's responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs clearance may affect delivery timelines.

We recommend placing separate orders for Ready Stock and Preorder items if you would like available products delivered sooner.

Arrival dates are estimates

Preorder arrival dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and may change without notice. Toy Space may not always receive revised estimates.

One order, one shipment

When an order includes Ready Stock and Preorder items—or multiple preorders with different arrival dates—we ship the order together once all items are available.

Requesting separate shipments

You may request shipment of available items earlier. The delivery fee paid at checkout covers one shipment only; each additional shipment requested requires an additional delivery fee.

Tip: Place Ready Stock and Preorder products in separate orders to avoid holding available items while waiting for upcoming releases.

Shipping FAQs

Do you ship to Malaysia and other countries?
Yes. Toy Space offers worldwide delivery via DHL Express, including to Malaysia. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Is international shipping free above a certain amount?
No. All international orders, including Malaysia orders, are subject to shipping charges regardless of order value.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
No. International shipping charges exclude customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges. These are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Can I order Ready Stock and Preorder items together?
Yes, but the entire order will be shipped together when all items are available. We recommend separate orders if you need Ready Stock items sooner.
Can you send available products before my preorder arrives?
You may request partial shipping. The shipping fee paid at checkout covers one shipment only, and each additional shipment requested incurs an additional fee.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders with available Ready Stock items are typically processed within 2–3 working days, excluding courier transit time. Orders containing preorders are dispatched after all items arrive unless separate shipping is arranged.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent by email after your order has been dispatched.
