HOW TO GET YOUR TAX REFUND

1) SHOP AT TOY SPACE RETAIL STORE

• Spend a minimum of SGD 100 in up to 3 same-day receipts to meet this minimum purchase amount. After making payment for your purchases, our retail staff will assist to you to apply for GST refund.

2) APPLY FOR GST REFUND

• GST Refund application must be issued at the time of sale of goods on the same day. Simply present the following items when applying for a GST refund:
  1. Original Passport and Eligible Receipts
  2. An e-Pass sent through the email address declared in the SG Arrival Card (sent through email upon entry into Singapore)

3) VALIDATION AT CHANGI AIRPORT / SELETAR AIRPORT

• At the airport, proceed to the eTRS self-help kioks before check-in of luggage with your goods, receipts, passport and travel documents. Scan your original passport at the eTRS self-help kioks and follow the instructions shown on-screen

Advice: Do not pack away your purchases in your check-in luggage. You may be required to show your goods and original receipts at the Customs Inspection Counter.
